hi, could anyone give advice/ point me in the right… I’m currently looking at a piece of land which is classified as agricultural with small piece of amenity but is really grass land with a few trees … i would like to create a woodland and place a hut on the land. I’ve initially contacted the council enquiring if i would need change of use and full planning for a hut, and am waiting on a reply… does anyone know a planning consultant in the north east area i can contact who could help with the official side of things … thanks…
