This year’s annual gathering is going to be in Paisley, based at Lapwing Lodge Outdoor Centre.

Friday events:
A little heads-up that we are planning to extend the weekend with optional Friday events. As well as the usual buildings tour we hope to have skills courses that you can sign up for. If you’d be interested in running a (paid) workshop on the Friday, please get in touch. We’re open to all ideas that fit into RS’ remit; green woodworking, hut building, woodland management etc.
Can you help?
We’re looking for local members who’d be able to give a bit of time to help the directors out with organising the gathering this year. It will involve occasional Zoom meetings and helping with / following up organising of visits, venue planning, workshops, catering etc. Of course you’ll be rewarded with discounted tickets. Visit Suggestions
Even if you aren’t able to join the organising group, we’d love to hear about projects and sites that we should consider visiting over the weekend. Locations need to be within about 45 minutes drive of the venue (Paisley, PA2 8UL)
