This is a post for organising lift sharing to and from the Reforesting Scotland gathering in Moray, Oct 3 -5.

How to use:

If you can offer a lift, or would like one, please add a reply below and we will then update the list. If you prefer not to list your phone number on here then you can use the private messaging feature by clicking on someone’s name tag.

Please remember to add another comment if you’re sorted so we can update the list!

If you’re offering a lift, state what time you’re travelling (i.e Friday AM for buildings tour, or Friday PM for evening events)

  • @Sonja I’d like a lift up and down from Edinburgh, please. Will be in Edinburgh from Thursday afternoon so could do an early start on Friday.
  • @sebrose I would also like a lift from/to Edinburgh. I will be ready to leave from Thursday evening.
  • @Andy_Hemingway looking for a lift from Edinburgh/Corstorphine.

I can drive up on Friday morning from Linlithgow. Could pick you up Seb and Sonja from west side of Edinburgh or South Queensferry?

Sorry i won’t now be able to provide a lift. I’ve just broken my wrist so won’t be able to drive anywhere for a few weeks. Probably will miss the weekend.

Oh no! Sorry to hear that Andy! I’ve updated the lifts section above with those looking for a lift. I’ll have a look through the folk who have responded to the registration and try and match some up…

There’s one going from Fife who should be able to take Laura. I’ve sent a joint email so look in your spam if you don’t see it. There’s also an offer of a lift from Corstorphine, Edinburgh ,on Friday lunchtime but going via Inverness so not arriving at the Gathering until dinnertime. The same person can offer a lift back to Edinburgh on Sunday.

I can offer a lift departing Edinburgh 2pm THURSDAY. I can drop you at the Loft on Thursday evening (I am visiting a friend in the area). I have only one space! Happy to swing by Perth if that works.

A lift from Edinburgh on Friday lunchtime would suit. A lift back leaving 2.30pm or a little earlier would be great
