The benefits of the iNaturalist App for Woodland groups

:repeat: Community Woodlands Association

iNaturalist, in the opinion of presenter, Rhyddian Knight, a very accessible means for woodland users to record nature based sightings. The mobile phone has become a ubiquitous item, in the pocket or rucksack of most of the population. As such, this app is an extremely user friendly tool for promoting citizen science. It can also serve as a repository for data collected at specialist events in a format that can be easily viewed and interacted with by the public.
